Sweetooth Couture items can not be returned or exchanged for cash or credit return. Each item is custom made when you order it. Because of this customization and the nature of my design shop being very very small (I'm a one woman show), its difficult for me to be able to afford the return of funds and as policy, this never happens.
If you experience an issue with your Sweetooth Couture item, please contact me within 10 days of receipt of your product, and I will work with you to either repair the issue, find a way to exchange your item, or issue you credit for a return. Your cost of shipping your return can not be reimbursed, nor will it be refunded. It is likely that there will be a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of your item deducted from credit issued.
